ThruTalk side navigation


Use the left side navigation to move between ThruTalk campaigns, scripts, and ThruTalk Tools. No matter where you are in your workflow, click on the heading you'd like to access to open the drop-down options.

Create & View Campaigns

Easily create new campaigns by clicking the "+ Create New Campaign" in the ThruTalk sidebar. By clicking the campaigns drop-down, you can view Active campaigns and campaigns that have been Archived.


NOTE On the admin dashboard, the "+ Create New Campaign" button in the center of the screen will create a ThruText Campaign. Please use the sidebar navigation to create a ThruTalk campaign.

Scripts

Create, view, and manage ThruTalk calling scripts by clicking on the scripts section of the sidebar.

Do Not Call

Add phone numbers to the account's Do Not Call list or export a list of the numbers that have already been added.

PatchThru Directory

Create a phone book of contacts in the PatchThru Directory that can be used in PatchThru campaigns.

Exports

In this section, you'll be able to perform ThruTalk Exports and view any previous exports generated.
