Identifying your organization when registering for a use case
During Use Case registration, carriers request information about the text messages you plan to send. Carriers want to know how texters would respond if someone asked for more details about your organization.
Help Message Response
This field is intended to show carriers a sample message of what a recipient might receive if they responded with "Help". This message should provide instructions for obtaining further information about your texts or your organization. Help messages must include:
- Your organization's name
- An email address, phone number, or website link the user can use for further assistance or information
- An opt-out message
For example:
- "For more information about Bartlet for America, please visit us at www.bartletforamerica.com. If you'd like to be unsubscribed, please text STOP."
- "For more information about Bartlet University, email bartlet@school.edu. Text STOP to unsubscribe."
NOTE - Help Message Responses must be between 20 and 320 characters.
