Breaking down a calling campaign's numbers

On an active campaign's Details page, you can see information about the campaign. At the top of the page is general information about the campaign. Immediately below, the Campaign Analytics section displays the campaign's progress. These statistics will update whenever you open the page.

Dial Progress

This box shows the amount of completed dials over the total dials in the campaign. In the example above, 2 dials have been completed out of the 8 dials on the campaign.

For billing purposes, please calculate using the dial numbers on your Usage Analytics page. The Progress statistic is only available on campaigns launched after 11/26/2024. Progress numbers on campaigns launched before 11/26/2024 does not represent the number of calls made.
